Absolutely NO REFUNDS on Blended CPR classes.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
“BLENDED LEARNING CLASS which has a link associated with it to do more than 70% of the class is done on-line, no refund can be issued once the link is sent. There is no way to rescind a link. Therefore, the following policy has be established.
You must cancel within 48 hours to be considered, please contact our main office directly.
REFUND POLICY:
There is absolutely “NO REFUND” for Blended Learning Classes. Other classes refund will be on a case by case decision. Once the online voucher has been accessed, and/or the online portion has been completed, you can request to change to another blended class date within 5 days. There will be no refund for no shows or showing up to class more than 20 minutes after start times. No refunds once the CPR Box Kit has been sent due to shipping, handling & processing fees. Exceptions may apply please contact for all questions.
"NO REFUND" policy. All sales are final on Babysitter Training Classes. There are no refunds. Class fees are nonrefundable, and no refunds will be issued once fees have been submitted. A $45 Reschedule Fee will be charged for all classes or appointments rescheduled prior to class.
NO SHOW POLICY:
If a registered participant is a no show and absent from their scheduled class OR appointment, the participant/client will not receive a refund of any kind. The class may only be rescheduled with the $65 reschedule fee.
CERTIFICATION POLICY:
Most Certifications take 10 days to receive electronically via email, directly from the American Red Cross. A $25 Fee will be charged if a participant requests a certificate to be issued within 72 hours of registered class.
PLEASE NOTE: There are cameras throughout the training center and/or classroom for security and safety purpose. Still pictures and video may be captured and may be used for website promotion.
